Abstract

In one company, whether it is a small, medium, or large scale enterprise cannot escape communication. A communication to the company between the top and bottom. It's called internal communication. Internal communication played a crucial role in the company's progress. The study has made it a goal to find out internal communication to service units and benefits at pt taspen pontichildren and to find out barriers and solutions to internal communication barriers. This type of research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis using miles and faisal models: data reduction, data presentation, decoction and verification, and final conclusions. Service & benefit units play a crucial role in office activity, this unit acting as taspen participants' liaison. In the service unit, the beginning of the internal communication process occurred when the desk of the customer service front gave processing files to the back office for rechecking. As soon as it goes from the front office to back office, the back office reexamines the file to see if it can be processed or if something is wrong, and when it can be processed, then the back office gives section head service a file for review and authorization. Upon review the file was returned to the back office for distribution to cash & verif staff.
