Abstract

In a company, whether it's a small, medium, or large scale company, it can't be separated from communication activities. Communication in a company between leaders and subordinates. This communication is called Internal Communication. Internal communication plays an important role in the progress of the company. This study aims to determine the internal communication at PT Trans Hybrid Communication Pontianak Branch in handling complaints from customers carried out by the Network Engineer and NOC (Network Operation Center) section. This type of research is observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Faisal model, namely: data reduction, data presentation, inference and verification, and final conclusion. Network Engineer and NOC (Network Operation Center) have a very important role in handling complaints from customers. The beginning of the internal communication process occurred when the NOC (Network Operation Center) section was unable to resolve complaints from customers, then the NOC (Network Operation Center) section would ask the Network Engineer to resolve the problem.
