PERCEPTIONS OF AMS KORPORAT USERS AT PT PLN (PERSERO) GENERATION CONTROL IMPLEMENTATION UNIT (UPDK) KAPUAS

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) Generation Control Implementation Unit (UPDK) Kapuas is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in electricity that focuses on plant operations. The writing of this Final Project is entitled "Perceptions of AMS Korporat Users at PT PLN (Persero) Generation Control Implementation Unit (UPDK) Kapuas”. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the perceptions of AMS Korporat users and to find out the disadvantages and advantages of using AMS Korporat at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Kapuas. The research methods that the author uses to collect data on writing this final project are interviews and document studies. Based on the results of interviews and document studies that the author got that the perception in employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Kapuas as AMS Korporat users is to use the application for mail management, so that the use of AMS Korporat is very effective in work that can make it easier for employees to do correspondence work. The advantages of using AMS Korporat are very helpful for the work of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Kapuas which can facilitate and ease work so that it can be resolved quickly. However, there are shortcomings, namely in the constraints or obstacles in the use of AMS Korporat, namely when the internet network conditions are problematic, so that the use of AMS Korporat cannot be accessed. The solution carried out by PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Kapuas is to strengthen the internet network or increase internet speed capacity and evaluate the obstacles or obstacles experienced.
