Abstract

The researcher analyzed the warehousing management system applied by the company PT. Harmoni Mitra Utama Pontianak branch through Front Line Operation Excellence (FORCE) End-stage 4.0. This research aims to find out how to apply SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), find out the entry and exit of goods by SOP, and find out the obstacles and solutions faced by the company. The method of data collection in the study used checklist observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the company PT. Harmoni Mitra Utama Pontianak branch through Front Line Operation Excellence (FORCE) End-stage 4.0 which is the guideline for warehousing management. Warehousing management activities at PT. Harmoni Mitra Utama Pontianak branch is divided into 3 main activities, namely incoming, handling, and outgoing. The problem in warehousing management at this company lies in inadequate human resources which results in incoming and outgoing goods that are not in accordance with the SOPs that have been implemented by the company. The researcher suggests the company add human resources or empower existing human resources in the company so that warehouse management can be in accordance with SOPs that have been implemented by the company.
