Abstract

This final report is entitled Implementation of Services for Cancellation of Land Ownership Certificates at the Kubu Raya Regency Land Office. This study aims to determine how the implementation of services for the cancellation of land ownership certificates at the Kubu Raya Regency Land Office. This study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in interviews and documentation studies. To measure the success of this implementation using the theory of George C. Edward III. The research subjects were informants who were considered appropriate, namely the Head of Land Problems and Control, Staff of Land Control and Staff, Manager of Service Counters at the Kubu Raya Regency Land Office, 2 people who requested inspections. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Service for Cancellation of Land Ownership Certificates at the Kubu Raya Regency Land Office has been running well. The research subjects were informants who were considered appropriate, namely the Head of Land Problems and Control, Staff of Land Control and Staff, Manager of Service Counters at the Kubu Raya Regency Land Office, 2 people who requested inspections. The recommendation is that there is a need for information such as the use of a website, where the website can contain information related to land first regarding land certificates. This website can also be used if people want to ask questions.
